Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) is a condition in which a patient's muscles and tissues in the throat and air passage relax while sleeping, and this impedes the flow of air into the lungs due to a blockage of the airway. If you suspect you may have Sleep Apnea, speak with your general care physician. Your doctor can refer you to a Sleep Lab for a Sleep Study. Based on your Sleep Study results, your doctor may diagnose you with Sleep Apnea and prescribe your sleep therapy. As a patient, realise you have a right to a copy of both your prescription and your sleep study.

In keeping with online sales policies by ResMed and Phillips/Respironics all purchases of CPAP machines can only be made after a consultation with one our trained CPAP consultants, either at our office or by our mobile service
All CPAP equipment purchased maintains their factory warranties however we do not cover freight costs for repairs/faults and must be returned to original place of purchase. Payment must be received before goods will be dispatched. As we use Australia Post please allow 3-5 days in most areas for delivery. When purchasing goods from our site please state if you require insurance as this is an additional cost. Any CPAP equipment provided from us excludes hire and any promotional discounts from the purchase price. We are not responsible for redeeming any manufactures rebates or promotional gifts on your behalf. Please note that it may be necessary for us to return the goods to the manufacturer for testing in order to determine whether or not you are entitled to Repair, Exchange or Refund.
Our return policy on machines must be within 7 days of date of receipt and a 15% restocking fee will apply (consumable parts used will be charged to cover replacement costs). We may charge a $75.00 admin fee for installations and delivery to cover costs if purchase goods are returned. There are no refunds on masks if the sealed packaging has been opened. Please be advised that mask purchases are final sales due to health regulations. Additional fees may apply if you require mask fitting or if we provide home delivery service. We maintain the right to change pricing without notice please phone to confirm pricing as each site may vary on pricing. We exclude any Ebay pricing as they are not an official online specialty CPAP provider and therefore cannot include manufacturer warranties on CPAP equipment.
